We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, or change these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by such changes.
If your merchandise is defective or damaged, please contact us by email (
) in order to get a return authorization id ("RAI"), within 10 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. We will either replace the defective merchandise or, if we do not have the particular item in stock, issue you a store credit or a refund in the amount of the original purchase, excluding shipping and handling costs.
We accept the return of defective or damaged products prior to the process of fitment or installation. Before sending us back the merchandise, please contact us to obtain a return authorization id ("RAI"). Return items must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging. To help us identity your return, we ask that you write the the RAI number on the box and include a copy of the original invoice. You are responsible for paying return mail costs. Please contact us for return address.
You can pay by paypal, bank TTs or wire transfers and western union wire transfers. Sorry we do not accept money orders and checks as they take at least one month to clear here! We are also unable to directly accept credit card payments.
For orders made with bank TTs and wire transfer payments, buyers may email us for preferential price rates. When such payments are made, buyers can request for an online invoice to be sent through email to verify the merchandise to be sold and shipping services to be rendered.
For paypal payments, please make sure that the shipping address that you are providing us is confirmed or your paypal account is verified.
We reserve the legal right to reject and disapprove of any orders at our sole discretion. Monies paid for the rejected or disapproved order will be fully reversed or refunded.

International orders are shipped by Federal Express International Priority, Federal Express Economy, Singapore Post Speedpost Priority, Singapore Post Speedpost Standard or Singapore Post Registered Post (SingPost Registered Post packages are limited to 2-kgs. For orders whch cannot be split separately, please select FedEx, FedEx Economy or SingPost Speedpost). For some global locations in remote areas, there is a possibility of an outside delivery area charge by FedEx. To ensure that you are not located within such a zone, please email/contact us with your country and zip/postal code. If you are located within such a zone, the additional charge by FedEx may range from $15 to $30. We strongly recommend that you make sure that you will be at home to accept the package or that you will have it delivered to a secured site.
For FedEx shipments. (1) When a wrong address is provided by the recipient; or (2) Shipments in transit and a request is made by the recipient to deliver to an outside address other than the address provided in paypal. Take note that such requests will be subject to a $12 address correction fee by FedEx.
We gladly accept international orders. All prices listed on this site are denominated in USD.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes.
